Mr. Villa is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Compliance Officer for the firm. Prior to joining Fox, Matthew was a Vice President in Compliance for Prudential Investments LLC. Previously, he worked at TD Waterhouse Investment Services, Inc. as a Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and at Dreyfus Service Corporation as a Team Leader in Risk Management and Compliance in the Legal Affairs Department.

Mr. Villa earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond – Robins School of Business and an MBA from Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ. He has held various licenses and is a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.

Ms. Hing is a Senior Vice President and serves as the firm’s Operations Manager. She manages all aspects of the firm’s operations, including account reconciliation, trade settlement, quarterly billing, performance reporting, and proxy voting. Prior to joining Fox, Ms. Hing was with Merrill Lynch Futures for 7 years in back office operations and on the Trading Floor of the Commodities Exchange Center.

Ms. Hing worked toward her BS degree in Statistics/Business at Brigham Young University.
